To Download:
Click on the image(s) and it will open in a new window. Drag the image onto your desktop and manually set it as your desktop pattern. (PC users: I'm told you can also do this by right-clicking your mouse on the image and choosing "set as desktop background", but I can't prove it---I'm a Mac-girl.)
